We want to make the installation of your new equipment as easy and convenient for you as we can. We know it can be a hassle to have something like this happening in your home, so we’re going to take a series of steps to minimize any disruption to your everyday life you might be expecting to experience.
We’ll pull the Permits for You
We will automatically register all required Gas Permits with Manitoba Hydro and Electrical Permits with The City of Winnipeg.. Sometime after completion, the assigned Inspector will come and check everything out, at a time that is convenient for you. No need to lift a finger.
You Can Still Come and Go During Installation
Just leave us a contact number where we can reach you if we have to ask for any permission or to tell you we’re done, and you can leave to run errands or go to work while we perform the installation. If you’re leaving before we get there, just make sure to leave clear instructions on how we can gain access to the property, as well as your contact details.
There’s No Need to Cover Your Carpets or Clean Up after Us
We’ll wear shoe covers when we enter your home, and make sure we cover any areas we’re going to be walking in. When we’re all finished, we’ll vacuum and tidy up after ourselves so you don’t have to clean a thing.
We’ll be as Quiet as Possible
If we need to use noisy power tools or hammers, we’ll let you know before we do so it’s not a nasty surprise, but we will always aim to minimize noise disruption in your house – we’ll only use these tools as much as we have to.
Pets should not be stressed by our presence.
Our staff all love animals and hope that common sense is used to contain or remove any pets that that may find it stressful to deal with our presence in your home.
Your Home Will Remain As Comfortable As We Can Make It
We’ll obviously have to detach your old system to install the new one, but we will keep it on for as long as possible and work as quickly as we can, so you remain as comfortable as possible. We have temporary heaters if necessary and can also provide temporary cooling or electricity when needed, all at no extra charge.
We will perform a complete factory approved start-up of the equipment.
Our Lead Installer will also make any adjustments to match the capacity of your ductwork and make any other setting options to provide you with the best comfort in your home. This start up document will stay with your client file for any future service needs.
We want your experience choosing us as your installer to be a happy one!
